Low Fell 27th May 2019

Having completed Fellbarrow you retrace your steps along the fence line but then continue back upwards keeping the fence to your right.

The path drops down then up and then goes diagonally right to left. You can see it quite clearly on the picture above. you then reach another fence line with a gate onto the drove road.

The summit appears whilst you are on this path -the higher ground on the right of the picture above.

There are a couple of little steep bits on the way to the top but nothing difficult at all.

And there we were. Me up to 58 Wainwrights and Theo on 54. I pointed out to him he had now done a quarter of the Wainwrights. What an achievement.
